These general conditions of sale (“GCS”) apply, in the version in force at the time of the order, to all contracts stipulated via the webshop https://www.esteticaisoladelsole.it/ (“Webshop”) between us, Isola del sole di Spinato Campigli D., eand You, the buyers, for the products offered in the Webshop (“Sales Contracts”).

Sales Contracts

Prices and payment

The Customer will pay Isola del sole di Spinato Campigli D. the price agreed in the order form.The total price includes VAT and is net of any other legal charges.Invoicing: on-line sales of products are similar to mail order sales and, therefore, the provision contained in art. 2 of Presidential Decree 21.12.1996, n. 696, which provides for exemption from the obligation to issue sales receipt or tax receipt, applies to such sales. For each purchase made on https://www.esteticaisoladelsole.it, the customer can still decide whether to receive an invoice, in which case it will be necessary to enter the tax data including the VAT number and Tax Code if different. When ordering the Customer may request that the product be sent to an address other than the one indicated in the invoice. In the event of withdrawal and return of the product, the Customer will receive a refund of the cost of the product and the related credit note.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers for treatments: The vouchers are valid only for Italy. CWhen purchasing our treatments, after the payment, you can download a gift voucher to be filled out in the appropriate fields, entering the order number and the date of purchase in order to make use of it. The download link will be included in the order confirmation email and you can also download the voucher from your personal area in the “download” section. You can download the voucher only once within a maximum of 3 months from the order. It is also possible to request a physical voucher to be collected in the store, by writing it in the “notes” field before completing the order or by communicating the order number calling 0444 492987 or 342 5025446. The vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and are not refundable after the expiry date.

Shipping, delivery or collection

Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be calculated automatically and will be summarized on the order confirmation page. Shipping costs may vary depending on the payment method chosen by the Customer and the country of destination. The details relating to the composition of the total are indicated in the “order detail” sent by email and can be consulted at any time in the user profile.Delivery times: will arrange for the delivery of the goods within 5 working days from the order, with a trusted courier or forwarder, to the address indicated in the order form. However, the Customer specifically agrees to receive the goods even if delivered within 15 working days from receiving the order. The aforementioned delivery times refer to the products in stock at the time of the purchase order. No responsibility can be attributed to the supplier or to Isola del sole di Spinato Campigli D.for delivery delays of the goods due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.Collection of goods in store: It is also possible to choose free collection in store; Isola del sole di Spinato Campigli D. reserves the right to keep the goods for a maximum of 7 days (unless specifically requested by the customer during the order phase by filling in the appropriate notes field) after which the goods will be put back on sale and the order cancelled.
Returns
In order to accept the return we must verify that the product has not been used and that it has not suffered any type of damage or alteration. Returned products must be shipped by and no later than 14 days from the delivery date of the order, in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and resistance. Return shipping costs:: the shipping costs for returning the product are paid by the customer if they intend to withdraw from a purchase. Even if a product is returned for a request for a final return, replacement or exchange because it does not comply with what has been requested or it is defective (always relating to unused products), the return costs will be paid by the customer. Once we have verified the nature of the return and accepted the complaint, the costs of returning the product will be at the expense of Isola del sole di Spinato Campigli D..Refund crediting: After we have received the returned good and checked that all the requirements have been met, we will send a confirmation email to the customer and will subsequently credit the amount paid.
